Doug started his career pushing road cases and loading event equipment, and now brings over 25 years of industry experience. He’s worked with high-profile clients like Toby Keith, Oprah, Jamey Johnson,  Stan Lee, George W. and George H.W. Bush, John Daly, the POTUS, and the United Nations.

In addition to his production expertise, Doug has been a licensed insurance agent for 30 years, is certified in Conflict Resolution, and volunteers as a special advocate for children in foster care.

Doug enjoys building personal connections with colleagues and clients and loves spending time with his family hunting, fishing, and camping. One of his career highlights was being asked to write and produce Marvel's "Stan Lee 90th Birthday Celebration" on short notice.

Meet Ian, TStream’s Integrator & Event Operations Specialist who is known for turning big ideas into seamless plans. With expertise in logistics, team coordination, and timeline management, Ian ensures smooth execution at every stage of your event.

He’s contributed to major events like the SIDS 4 conference for the PVBLIC Foundation and supported brands like My Magic Mud and Famous Juice Company, where he championed unique projects like the Hempcrete Building Initiative in San Antonio.

Ian thrives in high-pressure situations, problem-solving and adapting to ensure success. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, studying faith-based principles and wellness practices, and stargazing in serene Colorado skies.

Sarah is a project expert who transforms complex logistics into smooth, seamless events. With a background in news since 2010, Sarah’s worn many hats—reporter, anchor, producer, videographer, and graphic artist. Sarah ventured into live events in 2022, and her favorite roles include managing preproduction for Tony Robbins, project-managing at the UN, and directing for the BBC.

Certified as a WBENC subcontractor and Harvard Business School Online graduate, Sarah’s strengths include connecting with people, staying organized, and, of course—spreadsheets.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys time with her husband, two boys, and three dogs, plus hitting the gym and trying new restaurants. 

Danielle is an event planning expert who began her career at 16 by setting up weddings. By 18, she was already planning weddings, banquets, and conferences. Over the years, she’s worked with CEOs, country music artists, and government officials, gaining experience in high-profile events.

Danielle’s favorite part of the job is meeting new people—every day brings something different and exciting. 

Outside of work, Danielle loves traveling with her two children and volunteering with her daughter’s marching band. 

A standout moment in her career was stage-managing for a 4-star Navy Admiral, who later asked her to escort him as his detail for meet-and-greets. Shocked but honored, it remains one of Danielle's most memorable experiences on a show site.

Darrell comes to TStream with 25+ years of experience in the event production industry. From managing a stadium event for 30,000 people to coordinating all technical aspects of advanced AV setups, Darrell has experience in every aspect of event production. 

Known for driving growth and building partnerships, Darrell excels at creating tailored solutions for events of all sizes. His expertise includes site selection, contract negotiation, and coordinating complex A/V setups for any venue. 

Having worked across eight countries, Darrell brings precision and expertise to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys experimenting with new culinary techniques, especially those rooted in Mexican and Italian cuisine.

As TStream’s Production Manager, Mackensie assists project managers with gear lists, labor scheduling, and technical specifications. As a Capture specialist, Mackensie creates to-scale video mock-ups to help clients visualize their event in its venue-- lighting and all. Mackensie’s favorite event experiences include United Nations, Austin City Limits Moody Theater, Tony Robbins, Oprah, Chris Botti, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.

Mackensie loves seeing a client’s vision come to life, especially when they walk into a finished set-up for the first time. The joy of transforming an idea into reality is what drives her every day.

Outside of work, Mackensie is a culinary enthusiast and a music lover, playing practically any instrument she can get her hands on. Fun fact: She DJed in Las Vegas when she was just 16 years old!

Meet Melissa Nagengast, the behind-the-scenes superstar who makes sure every event runs like clockwork. Whether she’s helping with load-in, managing logistics, or jumping in to solve last-minute problems, Melissa’s ability to stay organized and think outside the box ensures everything goes smoothly.

Melissa’s favorite part of the job? Meeting the diverse and fascinating people at each show. She loves hearing their stories, learning about their backgrounds, and connecting on a personal level.

When she’s not juggling event logistics, Melissa’s busy at home raising two active kids. Her 14-year-old daughter, Jordyn, keeps her busy with cheerleading, while her 17-year-old son, Jacob, keeps her on her toes with hockey. It’s a busy life, but Melissa wouldn’t have it any other way!

Jonny specializes in planning, organizing, and executing everything from front of house audio to AV integration design. With 15+ years of experience, Jonny has supported live audio engineering for internationally renowned artists, produced events, and designed cutting-edge AV systems for houses of worship across the U.S. 

Jonny’s strengths are in live sound and acoustic system design, and he thrives when managing complex projects with multiple moving parts. His favorite part of the job is combining technical expertise with creativity, particularly when it comes to crafting high-quality audio systems that elevate every event experience. 

When he's not immersed in event production, Jonny enjoys quality time with his family, often playing and singing music together. An avid mountain biker, he loves hitting the trails for some fresh air and adventure.
